L’enquête de satisfaction menée sur le GNV et le bioGNV révèle que les entreprises et collectivités sont très satisfaites des véhicules. Elles seraient même prêtes à promouvoir la solution.
Cette enquête de satisfaction a été réalisée par deux collectifs : Mixenn et Méthatlantique en avril 2021. Nous avons interrogé 42 professionnels possédant des véhicules roulant au gaz naturel véhicule (GNV) et sa version renouvelable, le bioGNV. La zone géographique de cette enquête est l’Ouest, plus précisément dans les régions Bretagne, Pays de la Loire et Centre-Val de Loire.
Cette enquête révèle plusieurs choses notamment les raisons qui ont poussé les professionnels à entamer leur transition énergétique. Egalement, les améliorations à faire pour que leurs homologues change d’énergie.

Un changement d’énergie facile
7,1/10 : c’est la note moyenne concernant le niveau de facilité ressenti lors du changement d’énergie d’après les entreprises interrogées. Seule une minorité d’entre elles semble avoir été en difficulté (16% de notes entre 3 et 5).

Des avantages et… quelques inconvénients
Parmi les avantages avancés pour la solution GNV par rapport à son équivalent diesel, le gain en termes de confort sonore ressort grand gagnant. 79% des répondants à l’enquête mettent en avant cet avantage pour le GNV.
Pour la consommation, la dominante est celle de performances comparables par rapport au diesel. Même si 35% des entreprises interrogées affirment moins consommer depuis leur bascule vers la solution GNV. La question du couple moteur révèle des opinions contrastées, avec 49% d’opinions négatives par rapport au GNV, et 51% d’opinions neutres ou favorables.
Enfin, sans surprise, le diesel apparaît plus performant en matière d’autonomie que le GNV sous sa forme compressée (GNC).

Les contraintes liées à la maintenance divisent aussi les utilisateurs. 54% les jugent plus lourdes, alors qu’ils sont 43% à les considérer comme similaires.
Un point est clair cependant : le GNC n’apporte pas de bénéfice sur ce point.
